We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow with a reputable company, while enjoying a flexible 4-day workweek.
What You'll Do
- Become a Tech Expert: Master essential industry software like CoConstruct, Buildertrend, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Matterport, and more.
- Build Relationships: Engage with potential clients, conduct thorough assessments, and initiate pre-construction agreements.
- Manage Projects: Oversee project progress, coordinate with L.G. Flint personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintain clear communication with clients, and meticulously track project costs.
- Drive Success: Contribute to project profitability and client satisfaction, earning the potential for additional incentive pay.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Organizational Skills: You're a natural multi-tasker who can manage deadlines and keep projects on track.
- Excellent Communication: You build rapport easily and effectively communicate with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You identify challenges and find creative solutions with a proactive attitude.
- Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction practices and terminology is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable learning new software and technology.
