Responsibilities
$50,000 - $65,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and payroll systems; ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Data Management & Reporting: Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, compliance) using HRIS tools and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Process Optimization: Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for HR system workflows; identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with HR technology vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and support upgrades.
- Compliance & Audits: Support internal audits and compliance checks by ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Employee Support: Respond to inquiries related to HR systems, data, and self-service tools in a professional and timely manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR colleagues to support onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes within HRIS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR data analytics, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Dayforce, Workday, or similar) and payroll systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
