The ideal candidate will possess:
- The ability to provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions.
- One to three (1-3) years of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Experience in the flooring industry is helpful.
- Ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks; ability to assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Ability to receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status, process returns.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized stock showroom and counter area.
- Ability to pick and stage customer orders.
- Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
