Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server-Barista or Lead, to join our team.
This position is for our Mercer Island location.
Role Overview:
As a Barista, you’ll represent our brand by delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences with genuine hospitality. This role combines beverage preparation, French-style table service, and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Upsell pastries, packaged goods, and seasonal specials
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
- Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
- Ability to craft coffee drinks and customer service
- Excellent Customer Service
- Attention to details
- Experience as Barista and Server required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Punctuality
