Diesel Mechanic – Field & Shop Work (Experienced) COMPETITIVE PAY
We’re looking for an experienced diesel mechanic to join our team at L. E. Mills Welding & Truck Repair. This is a hands-on role working on a wide variety of equipment, including tractor-trailers, buses, and heavy equipment. You’ll handle everything from diagnostics and repairs to welding and mobile service calls.
What you’ll do:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines (Detroit, Cummins, and more).
- Manage your own workload with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working on tractor-trailers, buses, and/or heavy equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Must supply your own tools.
- Ability to work independently with good time management.
