The Financial Advisor works with the patient to establish payment schedules, discuss the financial responsibility and collects prepayments in accordance with CMG policy. The Financial Advisor also monitors overdue accounts, researches accounts and recommended payment plans and works with insurance companies to obtain predetermination or authorization for certain procedures.
