CDL Hotshot Driver – 25% Line Haul Pay – Weekly Pay
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CDL Driver to join our team and operate a hotshot truck with a 40-foot trailer. This is an opportunity offering 25% of the line haul with consistent weekly pay. We’re looking for motivated and dependable drivers who are committed to safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a hotshot truck with a 40-foot trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure on-time delivery to designated locations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Secure and inspect loads to ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and vehicle service records.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers.
- Safely handle and transport hazardous materials when applicable.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating hotshot trucks with 40-foot trailers.
- Hazmat endorsement (required).
- TWIC card (required).
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage routes independently and meet delivery timelines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of loading and unloading cargo as necessary.
- Willingness to travel long distances and work flexible hours.
