You help keep our professional clients informed, organized, and connected to our office. You’ll communicate by phone, email, and fax, confirm details, update records, and make sure important information reaches the right people at the right time. Your professionalism and confidence shape how clients experience L.D.N.—reliable, respectful, and organized.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, likes structure, and wants to be part of a smooth, well-run operation. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with law firms, PMCs, landlords, and business offices via phone, email, and fax. Provide updates, verify information, and keep client records accurate and organized. Assist with contact verification and other compliance-related information Maintain a warm, professional tone in every interaction. Route information and updates to the correct internal contact when needed Support long-term relationships with key and repeat clients Help maintain consistent communication so clients always know who to contact and what to expect Our CultureProfessional. Reliability, consistency, and accountability. Ability to stay organized and follow clear systems and procedures. Comfort using email, simple documents, and basic online toolsPositive attitude and willingness to learn. Desire for a long-term, stable role with room to advance.
