Role OverviewClient Relations Coordinators are the communication and relationship side of our agency. You help keep our professional clients informed, organized, and connected to our office. You’ll communicate by phone, email, and fax, confirm details, update records, and make sure important information reaches the right people at the right time. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with law firms, PMCs, landlords, and business offices via phone, email, and fax. Provide updates, verify information, and keep client records accurate and organized. Assist with contact verification and other compliance-related information Maintain a warm, professional tone in every interaction. Route information and updates to the correct internal contact when needed Support long-term relationships with key and repeat clients Help maintain consistent communication so clients always know who to contact and what to expect Our CultureProfessional.
