Responsibilities

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor job site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Review blueprints and project specifications to understand project requirements and assist in quality control measures.
- Utilize construction management software for project documentation and tracking.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to contract specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and meeting minutes.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and assisting in budget forecasting.
Qualifications
