Our firm is seeking a Project Architect with 4–7 years of professional experience who is highly proficient in construction documentation and familiar with public bid, educational, and institutional projects. This role is suited for a motivated architectural professional who can work independently on assigned tasks, contribute across all project phases, and support construction administration with limited oversight.The position will support multiple active K–12 educational projects currently in design and construction. Candidates should be comfortable integrating into ongoing projects and coordinating closely with senior staff, consultants, and contractors. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate construction documents for public bid projectsAssist with bid documentation, addenda, and consultant coordinationReview and respond to submittals, RFIs, and change ordersCoordinate with consultants to resolve drawing and specification issuesParticipate in construction administration, including site visits and field reportsMaintain organized project documentation and correspondence Required Qualifications4–7 years of professional architectural experienceStrong proficiency in construction documentationExperience with public bid, educational, or institutional projectsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in AutoCAD Preferred (Plus) ExperienceExperience with Procore or similar construction management platformsExposure to architectural specifications and consultant coordinationConstruction administration experience Employment TermsThis position begins with a 2-month probationary period to evaluate performance, technical competency, and overall fit.
