This role is preferred on-site in our Mukwonago, WI office.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage core finance and accounting operations
- Support procurement and inventory management in collaboration with Operations
- Help set up, optimize, and maintain online financial software (QuickBooks Online or similar)
- Build, track, and maintain annual budgets and forecasts
- Create clear, accurate reporting using Excel and financial dashboards
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Leadership) to support smart decision-making
What You Bring
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, and Inventory Management
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, analysis, reporting)
- Hands-on experience with online accounting/finance systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset—you enjoy supporting others and explaining the “why” behind the numbers
