LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a full-time Contract Instructor Services (CIS) Scheduler for our contract to provide Contract Instructor Services at NS Jacksonville, FL.
CIS Scheduler must have 5 years of experience writing squadron level Flight Schedules and managing training requirements. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours onboard Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL, Monday – Friday. The CIS Scheduler shall demonstrate expert knowledge and/or experience coordinating/writing squadron level flight and/or simulator schedules for the P-8A platform; demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools such as Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (SHARP). Prior Naval Aircrew, Pilot, or NFO experience and expertise managing an MCS at a training command is preferred.
Clearance: Current DOD Secret Clearance is required.
