Key Responsibilities

·         Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for facility operations and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

·         Lead quality assurance programs and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and reliability.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges.

·         Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, analyze trends, and improve processes.

·         Drive root cause analysis for performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

·         Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate facility standards and exceed client expectations.

·         Train and mentor operations staff on quality protocols and CMMS utilization.

Qualifications

·         Education: Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.

·         Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with CMMS systems in a facilities operations environment.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·         Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

·         Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

·         Experience in commercial or government facility operations is highly desirable.
