Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Greets arriving and departing guests.
- Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
- Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
- Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
- Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- Must possess a valid state Driver’s License with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three (3) years.
- Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles.
- Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs in order to park and retrieve vehicles as quickly as possible.
