- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage the pastry bar, ensuring it’s well-stocked and presented beautifully.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
- Familiarity with managing and serving pastries is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
