What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer School Secretary position at L'Anse Creuse Public Schools?
START DATE: 6-18-26
20 HRS PER WEEK
1) High school graduate or equivalent.
2) Basic proficiency in typing (45 wpm).
3) Knowledge of student attendance procedures and PowerSchool software.
4) Knowledge of general office procedures, phone, filing & copy machines.
5) Computer and word processing skills preferred with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
6) Knowledge of student health reporting and administration of student medication.
7) Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff members and parents.
8) Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Duties:
1) Process transcript requests and student work permits.
2) Answer phone and email messages.
