Responsibilities
- Mix dough and prepare products according to recipes
- Make breads, rolls, donuts, danish, and other bakery products
- Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters
- Follow production schedules and baking procedures
- Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean
- Assist with other bakery production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bakery or food production experience
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
