Key duties include turning units, minor repairs (faucets, lights, fixtures), cleaning, inventory, and following safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Repairs: Fix leaky faucets, dripping pipes, broken light fixtures, loose door hinges, and damaged drywall.
- Preventative Maintenance: Change air filters, inspect systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and perform general upkeep.
- Inspections: Regularly check building systems, equipment, and grounds for issues.
- General Upkeep: Clean common areas, manage trash, gym, and laundry rooms.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and supply usage.
- Coordination: Order supplies, coordinate with vendors, and report major issues to manager.
- Safety: Follow all safety rules and company regulations.
Common Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to log-in to PAYCOM to clock in and out.
