Office Manager / Front Office Staff

Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 27–30 per week
Pay: $18/hour (review after 90 days)
About Us:
L.A. Lenkner Audiology & Speech is a patient-focused audiology clinic dedicated to providing excellent care. We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Office Manager / Front Office Staff member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients professionally
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Call patients with appointment reminders
- Verify patient insurance coverage
- Utilize CureMD for insurance billing
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, patient billing, and payment plans
- Balance checking and savings accounts
- Pay monthly bills including utilities, rent, credit cards, and other recurring expenses
Helpful (Not Required) Experience:
- Familiarity with Blueprint OMS
- Experience with QuickBooks
Benefits:
