Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Always motivating and leading staff on providing exceptional client experiences…connecting with customers in a way that builds loyalty and trust with focus on repeat business
- Develop and lead team of high achievers…reach business and personal goals
- Lead team to accomplish business objective…ALWAYS coaching “leading by example”…
- Holding yourself and staff accountable for performance…both individually and as a team and driven by sales performance
- Ensure team follows all aspects of business policies and practices
- Is able to motivate and drive a team but also seeks to grow the operations daily
- Passionate about sales driven activities, able to drive membership growth daily
- Foster a respectful, professional environment mutual respect
Communications
- Communicates clearly and builds trust with staff
- Identify and celebrate individual and team success…identify and communicate weaknesses and areas of improvement
- Communicate daily/weekly with owner on key business initiatives relevant to business metrics. Very responsive and seeks advice or help as needed.
Operations
- Utilize system reports to drive business results through strong leadership and coaching skills by supporting team members daily
- Analyze business results through observations and reporting to create action plans weekly/monthly with the team
- Understands store performance metrics, business opportunities and goals and sets action plans for setting and exceeding benchmarks
- Builds a winning team, ability to hire, train and develop team members using company growth metrics to build on
Customer Service
- Satisfying customers without compromising business standards
- Maintains L.A. Bikini standards of hospitality, professionalism, clean and safe environment for employee members and guest
Requirements & Competencies
- College Degree a plus
- Experience in a variety of Human Resources functions including proper record keeping, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, scheduling, resolving disputes, disciplining and terminating employees.
- Minimum 1 year management experience in service/retail industry
- Experience in analyzing business trends and forecasting performance
- Sales driven and ability to train staff in sales and product sales
- Experience following strict franchise business policies and procedures
- Ability to manage weekly inventory purchasing and proper inventory levels'
