What You’ll Do:
- Provide job coaching and training to individuals with IDD in community employment settings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses for competitive job placements.
- Assist individuals in overcoming barriers, setting goals, and building their skills.
- Facilitate job shadowing, job tours, and community-based employment opportunities.
- Monitor progress, ensure documentation accuracy, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:
- Certification in Employment Services (CESP, ACRE, or equivalent preferred). (If you dont have these we will provide you with ACRE training.)
- Valid PA driver’s license, Registration, Insurance
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skil
