The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team at KZ Kitchen. The team member would be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory, and providing direct assistance to customers during pickups and returns. This position allows for professional and personal growth through training, support, and mentorship as well as opportunities for advancement within the company. We have immediate open positions to start at our exciting cabinet and stone company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outbound customer orders, ensuring items are accurately picked, prepared, and ready for shipment or pickup
• Assist customers directly when they arrive at the warehouse for will-call pickups
• Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring inventory is updated and items are restocked properly
• Track customer orders, monitor status, and help resolve any order-related issues
• Utilize computer systems to process shipping/return documents, generate labels, and update real-time inventory data
• Assist with routine physical inventory counts, auditing, and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Help organize and maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Experience and Qualifications

• English proficiency is required to process orders, assist customers, and navigate computer systems
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn warehouse management/order processing software
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Must have a sense of urgency, efficiency, and ability to adapt and multi-task
• Acute attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Bilingual in Chinese (preferred)
