Summer/Fall 2026 Sales and Operations Intern
KZ_K Studio is a modernist, design driven collection. KZ_K features convertible and multi-functional pieces with exacting details and focus, to create an atelier experience with each and every client. The intern for KZ_K Studio would assist the Wholesale Manager as well as some crossover with the Marketing Team, in all aspects of wholesale account management: stock and special order processing and shipment, store pulls and preparations, trunk show organization and logistics, related sales marketing, inventory management, sales analytics and PR pulls. This internship would allow hands-on experience within the KZ_Z Studio and to understand standards for wholesale management of an independent designer collection.
Assisting the Sales Manager with the following tasks:
· Supporting manager with clients sales: orders, invoices, returns, managing shipments
· Assisting planning new initiatives for our existing client base and new collaborations
· General clerical duties: calendar maintenance, organize mail. stock maintenance, etc.
· Day to day assistance of client sales by merchandising collections, garment maintenance, studio spatial organization in a elegant, clean sophisticated and desirable condition for meetings with clients
· Provide support to the client relations manager, sales/marketing & creative director in retail communication and organization via private studio, stylists, trunk shows and retail sales.
· Supporting Manager with clients sales: orders, invoices, returns, managing ship

· Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
· Detail oriented and task driven
· Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel
· Problem solver
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Able to receive academic credit
· Merchandising experience is preferred
