Job Title: Production Associate III- 1ST SHIFT
Pay rate: $ 25.00 – 30.00 /hour on W2
Location: 10850 East 104th Henderson, CO 80640
Shift Time: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Production Associate who can independently operate machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role also involves supporting team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines and equipment to produce high-quality products
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections
- Follow all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Help identify and fix minor equipment issues
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Support and guide less experienced team members when needed
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
Required Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Hands-on experience with welding (TIG/MIG)
- Experience with machining (lathe, milling, CNC preferred) or willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience
