Title: Supply Management Specialist I - Supply Management // Experimental Procurement Specialist
Location: Horicon, WI - 53032
Duration: 35 Months (possible extension)
Hours: M-F, 8 AM - 2 PM
Notes: Years of experience- 2-3 minimum, 4-5 preferred.
Top 3 Skillsets:
- Procurement/purchasing background, quote request experience
- Supplier/source identification/selection experience
- Interviews - 1st round-Phone screen, 2nd round Teams - 1 hour
Job Description:
- Procure experimental/prototype parts; identify potential sources.
- Request quotes; analyze sourcing options; issue purchase orders.
- Track and communicate order progress.
- Work with factory to label, store, and stage parts.
- Track experimental part inventory, 100% on-site.
