Collaborating closely with product and development teams, your mission is to uphold the highest standards of design within our products.Key Responsibilities:• Developer Handoffs & Support: Provide detailed, well-documented design specifications for product features and act as the primary point of contact for resolving design-related questions during development.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside product designers, product managers, and engineers to identify and define the necessary design details to deliver a consistent user experience.• Design System Oversight: Critically review design concepts for component usage and translate finalized designs into detailed production-ready documentation. Ensure the highest standard for consistency of visual elements and UX patterns.• Design System Contribution: Help evolve and refine the ADC Design System, UX guidelines, and processes that govern it. Facilitate collaboration and brainstorming sessions with the Product Design team. Document and train users of the design system to increase utilization and correct usage.• Design File Maintenance and Change Management: Create, revise, and maintain design files, including component libraries and developer handoff files that are easy to navigate.
