Position Details:
Title: Provider Enrollment/Disenrollment Analyst
Location: Onsite (Detroit MI)
Duration: 12 Months
Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, this position is a hybrid position required to report to the Jefferson Office – Detroit –2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday).
Engagement Description –
Responsible for system and UAT testing within the IKA system. This position is responsible for managing system releases and ensuring that functionality is in line with CMS guidelines along ensuring resolution to system defects. This position also includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs and service to our customers.

• MARx and IKA experience
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Data Analysis
• Ability to provide support to internal and external customers
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines – Chapter 2
• Knowledge of CMS thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
• Knowledge system and UAT testing
• Process improvement exp (Six Sigma, etc).
Education/Certifications – Include:
• High School Diploma – Required
• 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
• Bachelor's degree – Preferred
