Position Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: 3 Parkway North, Deerfield, IL - 60015
Description:
Looking for a Benefits HRIS Professional to provide support for Integrations and Data within our Workday and ADP GlobalView (SAP) Environments.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing employee reported issues that come in through our various ticketing systems (ex: ServiceNow, Email/IM, and External Vendor Systems).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that inbound and outbound integrations are processed successfully and resolving any errors if needed.
- Making any data corrections necessary to resolve issues reported by internal benefit team members, or that are necessary to resolve a reported issue.
- Extracting data from various environments to perform audits or to determine the impact of a reported issue.
- Working with the internal benefits team and external vendors on adhoc reporting requests.
- Managing our ServiceNow Queue for employee reported issues
Desired Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP)
- Hands-on experience with ADP Import Formats: SSL and G2
- Hands-on experience with managing SAP Infotypes IT0014, IT0015, and IT0169
- Hands-on experience with Spinfx reporting as well as standard reports/tools (ex: adhoc query, WageType Reporter)
- Ability to combine various reporting sources in excel to provide support for audits or issue impact analysis
- Ability to work with various teams, both internal and external
Nice to have, but not required:
- Knowledge of UKG Payroll (formally Ultimate Software)
- Knowledge of Workday
