Job Title: Field Service Technician
Pay rate: $27.00 32.00 /hour on W2

Shift Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Overview:
We’re looking for a customer-focused Field Service Technician to manage service operations within the Miami, Hialeah, Ft. Lauderdale, and Sunrise area. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing cleaning equipment while building strong relationships with customers in hospitality and food service industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing systems and dish machines
- Provide product demos, training, and ongoing support to customers
- Conduct routine site visits to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues while meeting service deadlines (SLAs)
- Maintain inventory, complete service reports, and manage daily administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact
- Follow all safety (EHS) guidelines and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or mechanical troubleshooting
- 1 year experience in sales or service within hospitality/food industry
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, mobile apps)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce (FSL)
- Food safety certifications (ServSafe, NEHA/CPFS)
