Job Description:

Job Description: Manager is currently looking to onboard a Technical Product Manager to lead the VESSE Ecosystem of AI Tools initiative. This role is focused on driving the strategy, adoption, and impact of AI solutions across vehicle electrical, software, and systems engineering workflows.

Key highlights of the role:

· Lead adoption and evangelism of AI tools within engineering teams

· Identify workflow pain points and translate them into AI-driven features

· Build rapid prototypes using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Streamlit, Copilot, LLMs)

· Develop business cases tied to KPIs such as engineering efficiency, defect detection, and time-to-market

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and product

Core requirements:

· 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles

· Strong understanding of software/system development lifecycle

· Experience with Jira and cross-functional collaboration

· Exposure to AI tools and interest in applying AI to engineering processes

· Preferred: Background in vehicle electrical/software systems (E/E architecture, CAN, AUTOSAR, MBSE)

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
