About the role
Responsible for the following: analyze, compute and prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers along other related financial statements.
Responsibilities
Perform day to day accounting functions.
Conduct physical inventory.
Responsible for the following Accounts Payable functions:
o Verifying invoices, expense reports, check requests, purchase requisitions, check requests, purchase requisitions, processing check run and entering data in AP system
Responsible for the following Accounts Receivable functions
o Applying payments, monthly invoicing, reconciling customer accounts/inquiries
Analyse, evaluate and calculate sales and price changes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant business field required.
Four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient in QAD, Microsoft Office, FAS Asset Accounting, Hyperion and Monarch.
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience in multi-cultural environment.

Perform daily banking procedures
Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
