Duties
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents during overnight hours, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques, infection control protocols, and safe lifting practices.
- Document all care provided accurately in medical records and electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification with current state licensure; prior experience working in long-term care facilities or senior care settings is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR system.
