What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Assistant position at Kyra’s Kiddos?
PART TIME Childcare Provider
Ideal hours: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:15ish-11:30ish
*this is somewhat flexible
Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime and snack time
- Monitor and promote positive behavior and social interactions
- Provide basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
-Prep activities needed (tracing, cutting, etc.)
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom, caregiving, or babysitting setting preferred but not necessary.
-Training (including CPR and First Aid will be provided upon hire.)
