We are looking for a Sushi Roll Man to join our sushi bar team. This position focuses on preparing sushi rolls quickly and consistently while supporting the head sushi chef during service.
This role is ideal for someone with sushi experience who works well in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare basic and specialty sushi rolls
- Assist sushi chefs with prep and plating
- Maintain clean and organized sushi station
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain food safety standards
Requirements
- Sushi roll experience preferred
