Job Overview
We are looking for a FOH Manager that is looking to work shifts as well. Base pay plus tips. 2 closing shifts a week, and plenty of free time to handle orders and other responsibilites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ordering and maintaining product for the bar.
- Manage volleyball inquiries, and execute seasons.
- Handle setting up for parties and events.
- Scheduling FOH Staff
- Know, and understand Toast POS System
- Lead efforts in staff to maintain a clean and efficient bar.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and customer service.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, staff training, and leadership within a hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations.
- Experience managing restaurant operations such as shift management, inventory control, budgeting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage managerial responsibilities effectively.
- Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; catering or banquet experience is a plus.
