What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator A, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of CNC and manual machines. You’ll contribute to our quality manufacturing process by:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery efficiently—loading, unloading, and monitoring for cycle times and performance issues.
- Troubleshooting equipment and modifying programming parameters as needed.
- Interpreting blueprints, job routings, and item specifications.
- Performing in-process inspections and using measurement tools to ensure quality.
- Adjusting machine feeds/speeds and performing basic maintenance and lubrication.
- Setting up machines and maintaining tooling and supplies.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards across all operations.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- 2 years of machine operation or tool grinding experience preferred.
- Familiarity with decimal/metric systems and basic math.
- Experience using micrometers, precision scales, and other inspection tools.
