As a Product Marketing Manager for Capture Software, you will manage the entire lifecycle of Kyocera’s current and future Document Capture workflow software solutions products. You will be responsible for the launch of new products, programs, services, promotions and incentives to the dealer and direct channels. You will build and execute marketing programs to drive growth and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face, and remote online interaction with HQ. You will work closely with the direct and channel sales, and the product team to spearhead marketing initiatives, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects and other product marketing initiatives.

The typical pay range for this role is $81,000 -$122,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in one or more document capture and distribution or ECM platforms with 5 years of experience
- Experience managing cloud-based SaaS products
- 2 years of related marketing experience, ideally in software product marketing and/or sales enablement.
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing strategy
- Experience working closely with an enterprise sales team
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple large, complex projects at the same time
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to large groups of people, both in person and via online meetings, webinars etc.
Preferred
- Experience with AI-based document capture and distribution solutions.
- Experience with Integration Platforms as a Service (IPaaS).
