Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using our POS system.
• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Prepare rolled Ice Cream and Soft serves
• Prepare Corn Dogs, Hot Dogs and Wraps
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards.
• Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Support retail sales transactions by restocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the café remains inviting and well-organized.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or café environments with knowledge of beverage service and drink preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, giving correct change, and managing sales totals efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Barista experience or coffee expertise is highly desirable for crafting quality beverages.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in food prep and service.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
