The Opportunity

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician who is hardworking, self-sufficient, and ready to hit the ground running. This is a flat-rate position offering a highly competitive base rate of $25 to $35 per hour based on experience, with the ability to earn significantly more the more hours you turn. If you want to get out here, work hard, and maximize your paycheck, your earning potential is in your own hands!
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You must have a strong automotive background and be fully comfortable diagnosing and repairing all makes and models.
- Independence: A true professional who has the technical knowledge to perform complex diagnostics and repairs completely unassisted.
- Efficiency & Accuracy: Ability to accurately and proficiently repair vehicles right the first time, keeping our shop moving efficiently.
- Compliance Minded: Fluent knowledge of all federal, state, and local automotive laws and regulations.
- Long-Term Mindset: We want someone looking for a stable, long-term career home, not just another job.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania State Inspection & Emissions License (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
- Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, mechanical, and computer diagnostics)
- Must possess your own tools to perform duties unassisted
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech degree/certifications a plus
