Automotive Car Sales Representative

We are the area's largest family owned used car dealership and have been in business for over 50 years. As a pre-owned car dealership, we are able to offer our sales associates one of THE MOST AGRESSIVE PAY PLANS IN THE AREA. We are confident that we offer one of the best pay plans of any car dealership ( new or pre owned ) in our area.

We have an immediate opening in our sales department:

• We offer a commission based pay plan-our top salespeople earn 100K .
• Our inventory consists of over 200 preowned vehicles in stock.
• Inventory can range from your standard run- of -the -mill basic sedan to late model trucks & SUV's that sell for $60,000-$70,000. YOU will have the opportunity to sell it all!
• Hours are approximately 43 per week & we offer a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist in inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including follow-ups and support in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
