Your Role and Responsibilities
Support of AMEX mainframe PCM Performance and Capacity Management. Includes detailed PCM analysis using tools (RMF, WLM, SAS, etc), communicate with customer and project office, etc while providing complex problem determination. Must work remotely with peers, Account team and Client. Must work weekends and nights as needed as well as cover call outs as required for rotational on call 24x7 support. Must be able to work independently.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Mainframe PCM system support of 3 plus years Level 4, Strong, complex problem determination skills of 5 plus years at Level 4, Strong English verbal and written skills of Level 4
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other related skills: experience Level 3
