Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead Barista to oversee our operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, leading a team, and driving sales while maintaining operational excellence. Team Lead Duties
- Team Leadership: Inspire and direct the Kynda Coffee team towards delivering outstanding customer service.
- Store Inventory: Manage weekly and seasonal store inventory par sheets to ensure a balance between backstock and reducing waste.
- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
- Human Resources Management: Handle staff scheduling, oversee payroll, and manage administrative duties to maintain smooth store operations.
- Staff Training and Development: Conduct training sessions, promote professional development, and cultivate a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Financial Transactions: Expertly use POS systems, manage cash flow, and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to enhance their experience, handle complaints, and ensure their feedback contributes to our improvement.
- Performance Analysis: Review sales data to spot trends, develop action plans for revenue growth, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Store Aesthetics and Maintenance: Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal to meet Kynda Coffee’s high standards.
