Production operators are responsible for the daily tasks associated with manufacturing needs. This role requires learning quickly and working independently with minimal supervision once fully trained.

Responsibilities
- Uphold and enforce safety policies and procedures following company guidelines.
- Load/ unload materials from hoppers, bins, dryers and other processing equipment.
- Assist the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager with monitoring production/ router schedules.
- Assure compliance with all QA & QC policies.
- Follow all EHS procedures & report equipment failures to supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of machinery to minimize metal dust.
Required Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English.
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, twisting, bending, lifting, grasping, reaching, foot controls, depth perception, and the ability to safely lift 50 lb.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preference shown to applicants with supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with computers is a plus, particularly Datacor ERP software.
- Forklift experience.
- Bandsaw experience.
