Job Summary:
Prepares, reviews, edits, and finalizes a variety of technical documents, reports, presentations, and other written materials. Ensures clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guides and programmatic requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare, review, edit, and finalize technical documents and reports
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all written materials
- Adhere to style guides and programmatic requirements
- Develop presentations and other written materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical content
- Maintain document version control and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field 3 years relevant experience
- Equivalency: Associate's Degree 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language
- Experience with style guides (e.g., GPO, Chicago Manual of Style)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software
