Job Summary:
Provides analytical support for management and program functions. Assists in tracking project and program status, financial matters, and ensures compliance with DOE guidelines. Assesses and makes recommendations on local and site-specific reporting needs, analyzes problems, and reconciles data entries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Track project and program status and financial matters
- Ensure compliance with DOE guidelines and regulations
- Assess and make recommendations on local and site-specific reporting needs
- Analyze organizational problems and develop solutions
- Reconcile data entries and ensure data accuracy
- Support management with analytical studies and reports
- Provide process improvement recommendations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field 5 years relevant experience in management analysis or consulting
- Equivalency:Associate's Degree 7 years relevant experience; OR 9 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and develop recommendations
- Knowledge of business process design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
