The Opportunity We’re looking for an Account Executive who will actively establish new contacts and grow existing relationships. This is a proactive, revenue-focused position for someone energized by opening doors, building trust, and expanding partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with uncapped commission potential.
What You'll Do. As an Account Executive, you will build and own a portfolio of partner relationships to drive new temporary housing leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify, research, and initiate contact with new target partners
- Work with internal teams to source temporary homes
- Negotiate short-term leases with property owners and landlords
- Move quickly, communicate often efficiently, and take ownership of results
- Nurture relationships by establishing trust, confidence and delivering stellar results
- Drive account growth through thoughtful follow-ups and relationship development
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and prospecting, including researching potential customers and initiating outreach.
- Experience with account management and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline from first contact through renewal or expansion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Comfort working remotely, using CRM and collaboration tools, and managing time effectively in a part-time schedule.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and data-aware, with the ability to track activities against sales objectives and adjust as needed.
- Prior experience in the temporary housing, real estate, relocation, or adjacent industries
