Job Responsibilities
- Development of device prototyping and process development for Kyma’s device efforts as well as customer’s processing requirements
- Compile and prepare data, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Use of JMP, Origin, Excel / MS Suite, KymaNet (data and inventory management system)
- Interface directly with internal and external customers to understand project requirements and communicate fabrication plans
- Familiarity with Power Electronics and Semiconductor Physics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and active listening skills
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new systems
- Semiconductor cleanroom experience, particularly III-N or other WBG semiconductor processing experience is a plus
- 5 years’ experience or MS/PhD in relevant area of study
- US Green Card or Permanent Residents only, please.
