Job description:
We are a small general practice law firm seeking an attorney who values integrity, advocacy, and open communication to join our office in Dover. Our work environment is informal, flexible, and cordial, with a strong emphasis on providing quality legal services and client support. We strive to provide a low stress, tight knit work environment for our attorneys and staff.
We are seeking an attorney who is dependable, motivated, and collaborative. The firm primarily practices in domestic relations, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate law matters, but the selected candidate will have flexibility to explore the practice areas of their choice. A candidate with interest or experience in domestic relations and civil litigation is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio, or a recent graduate awaiting bar licensure.
- Prior experience in a law office is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with varying experience levels, so long as there is interest in becoming a long-term member of the firm.
- The ideal candidate would have a strong academic/legal record, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to work independently and collaboratively on a variety of legal matters.
