Join my boutique landscaping and horticulture business as a Crew Member, working hands-on to care for and transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy environments.
Our approach is rooted in holistic gardening — looking at the garden as a living ecosystem and considering the health of the soil, plants, wildlife, and landscape as a whole. We focus on thoughtful, sustainable garden care rather than simply maintaining a space, with an emphasis on creating gardens that are beautiful, resilient, and thriving.
You’ll work closely with me across a range of residential gardens and outdoor spaces, helping with planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, garden maintenance, and general landscape work. Every project is approached with care and attention to detail, and I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and is genuinely interested in plants and the natural environment.
This is a paid position within a small, collaborative business, with the opportunity to develop practical skills in horticulture, plant care, landscape maintenance, and equipment use. Previous experience is welcome, but a strong work ethic, reliability, curiosity, and willingness to learn are just as important.
Needs to have a car and valid drivers licence.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
