Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance preschool programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and community needs
- Manage the preschool’s budget, including resource allocation, staffing costs, and facility expenses to maintain financial health
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to promote professional growth and uphold high-quality educational practices
- Oversee curriculum development to ensure engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support developmental milestones
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
- Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders to strengthen program reputation and engagement
